Chermoula Sauce

A very quick and versatile sauce!


This sauce is bright and slightly spicy. You can use it on many different types of meals. Meat, salads, bowls etc! It’s great for roasted winter vegetables. I highlight it on my Roasted Delicata Squash Bowl!



Makes 1 cup of sauce


Ingredients

1 cup parsley

1 cup cilantro

2 garlic cloves

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp ground cumin

Pinch of cayenne (or more if you want it spicy)

¼ cup olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt to taste


Instructions

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
