Salmon Burgers

Quick and refreshing burgers that don’t take much time at all.

Aside from sushi, these burgers are my favorite way to eat salmon. You don’t need any special equipment. Just run your knife through a salmon filet and you are halfway there! I added red bell peppers and poblano peppers to mine but any veggies would do. Especially paired with a greek yogurt based tartar sauce and a side salad. Also don’t be afraid to just pan fry these if you don’t have a grill or don’t want to go outside. Try to remember summertime with these grilled salmon burgers!
